For our Swiss customers: Via MeinEinkauf.ch you can shop easily in our shop at low shipping costs and, above all, WITHOUT customs duties.

Proceed as follows:

1. Simply register at www.meineinkauf.ch. Here you will receive a personal firstname.surname@meineinkauf.ch email address.

2. With the personal first name.surname@meineinkauf.ch email address, you can now create a customer account in our online shop.

3. Place your order in our shop, stating your personal firstname.surname@meineinkauf.ch email address.

4. Please only use:

In addition to addressing MeinEinkauf GmbH, please also note your payment method.

5. All order and shipping information is automatically forwarded from your firstname.surname@meineinkauf.ch email address to your private email address.

The MeinEinkauf.ch team is kept informed about the status of your order so that it can be sent to your address in Switzerland as quickly as possible.

You can then view the status of your order approx. 48 hours after receipt on www.meineinkauf.ch under "My orders".

6. You pay for your ordered goods directly in our shop. You will then receive a separate invoice for the service fee from MeinEinkauf.ch with your goods.
