Returns - how does it work?

Just send it back.

It just works as usual. If you don't really like something or your plans have changed, you normally have 14 days to return your goods to us. Simply add franking and send it back to our address. For the various options, simply ask at your local post office.

Exchange.

Have you noticed that it should be a different color or your project is turning out a little differently than expected and you would like to have a different color?

Then it simply works like this:

• Return goods that need to be exchanged as above
• Place a new order with the new colors
• We will ship the new order
• As soon as we have received your return, we will reimburse you for the return shipment
