FAQ, or everything there is to know
We'll assume that you're familiar with the concept of FAQs, but just to be on the safe side, here we'll answer questions you might have without you even having to ask them.
How does shipping work? How long do I have to wait?
We ship with DHL as standard and you can usually expect your order to arrive after 3-5 working days. Provided you are ordering from or to Germany. More information can be found here: Shipping
By the way, it can sometimes happen, especially in exceptional times like before Christmas or similar, that DHL is a little slower than we are used to, so of course there isn't much we can do about it, even if we would prefer to get in the car ourselves and would bring your package to you personally. In this case, you can of course always use the tracking or write to us via the chat, then we can find out where your new darlings are.
What do I do if I need to exchange/return something?

Of course you are here in the FAQ because you are looking for quick and easy answers. So here's the short version: The goods that are returned to us should simply be securely packaged, stamped and sent to us. As soon as we receive your return, the money will go back to you. Very simple.
If you need more information about how exactly you can send, the employees at the post office you trust can certainly help you.
How can I pay?
At the bottom of the footer of our shop you will find a few pictures that show you which payment methods we accept. The most important are

- Credit card
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
You can also pay by bank transfer in advance. Please note, however, that we can only ship your order once we have received payment.
