We know how important it is to have a connection - especially online. That's why we have the following options for you to reach us. During the week you can assume that we can help you with your request within an hour . In the evenings/nights and on weekends it can sometimes take a little longer 😉.

So, how do you reach us now?

Directly via the shop

You may have already noticed that in the bottom left corner (on some devices it can also be the right corner) you will find a chat button . You can click on it and you will immediately have direct contact with us.

Don't worry, if it's outside of our active we-can-answer-you-direct time, we'll still be aware of it and can help you!

Via Instagram

Of course we are also represented on Instagram (@bonifaktur) (like not these days). This means you can easily reach us directly via Instagram. We don't think you need this, but just in case, here are short instructions 😉:
